今日搞乜「鬼」走去食「滷」水鵝,店名叫「鬼滷」唔通係鬼佬滷水?去到其實又唔係咁西化,輕鬆氣氛小館子,播放着流行音樂,裝潢時尚。想不到,追上潮流中保持潮州菜食品之原味,依然吃到傳統味道,但優化了賣相及包裝,看來時尚,符合年青人要求,尤其是有個中餐胃但思想西化的人仕。 一頁紙餐牌,一面是菜式,一面是飲品,有酒精飲品,亦有雞尾酒,選擇貴精不貴多。潮州菜式如是,全是常見的潮州名菜。 有趣地,先送上爆谷,蜜糖味濃又脆口,點杯啤酒超合拍,可惜今晚我哋有咳不能飲。蘭王蛋蠔餅 $78見到「蘭王蛋」三個字隨即眼前一亮,係咪真係會好食啲呢? 蠔餅本身做得唔錯,賣相靚仔,如台灣蚵仔煎小吃,用食物紙載著,配合甜辣醬及魚露。 脆餅香口,內裡煙韌,蠔仔肥嘟嘟口感如半熟狀態,特別加上木魚碎添鹹香,蛋亦香但並非期望中特出。煎蠔餅難免要油多,油紙上吸了不少油,亦是聰明的做法,整體味道及口感皆非常好,少有令我吃得非常滿意的蠔餅,讚! 主菜:滷水鵝肉、鵝腸、豬仔髀 $208正宗潮州滷水汁的味道,而且是細膩而非死鹹粗豪的路線,所以滷水鵝肉滋味而不過鹹,越食越滋味!醬汁不馬夫,配合白醋汁及辣椒醬。 鵝肉連皮有些脂肪,完美的組合
