有三件事情想講,都係關於服務嘅。今日本身約咗7:00食飯,餐廳喺WhatsApp度留言,因為返工聽唔到留言,要等放工先至可以聽佢留言。其實下次係咪可以咁打message呢?建議下次都係用message啦。跟住本身約咗七點,朋友去到佢哋話約7:30嘅、可能要留意番嗰啲訂位嘅時間同埋佢哋嗰個update啦。7:30鐘開始開始叫餸,大概8:20分其中一個服務員好有禮貌咁問我,可唔可以話俾佢知幾時還返張枱俾佢,同埋我啲食物已經到晒啦,所以佢想知道幾時還枱,佢係好有禮貌嘅。但係我睇返張單我仲有兩個餸未嚟,跟住我就同返佢講番,最后佢都冇逼我走嘅。叫咗甜品好似綠豆清心丸嘅,但係好似有啲類似油膱味同埋唔新鮮嘅味道,跟住同返員工講員工淨係哦咗一聲之後就冇反應啦。雖然唔算係經常幫襯呢間,但係都可能兩三個月一次啦,之前從未試過有啲服務嘅質素同埋食物嘅問題。姑且勿論會唔會再幫襯佢啦,但係我都想佢哋可以留意返同埋跟進返啦。

位於銅鑼灣嘅嘅鬼滷,係一間新派潮州打冷餐廳🥢菜式擺盤精緻✨更提供雞尾酒、紅白酒等飲品🥂🍷裝潢集懷舊風及西式酒吧元素,以紅色作主調❤️環境優雅舒服🥰24小時慢煮牛仔骨牛仔骨大大件,有好多肉啊🤩餐廳好細心已經切好咗,牛肉肉質嫩滑🐮啖啖肉勁多汁💦用上24小時慢煮🔥令到牛仔骨夠入味👍🏻加上醬汁、熟洋蔥、菠蘿,令到牛仔骨更惹味😛蘭王蛋蠔餅蠔餅炸到金黃色💛用咗蘭王雞蛋🥚蛋香味十足👍🏻蠔餅炸得脆卜卜,酥脆香口😝入面一粒粒嘅蠔仔大大粒,味道鮮甜😝上面仲有木魚絲添😛椒鹽普寧豆腐豆腐質感勁嫩滑☺️但唔會一拎起就散👍🏻豆味香濃,外層脆口,加上椒鹽香口惹味😛另配有醬汁點埋一齊食更滋味😝佐酒蓮藕片炸蓮藕片,送酒一流👍🏻外層酥脆可口,內裡蓮藕爽脆😝好味到令人一片接一片😚鬼滷飯(原味)有辣味同原味嘅鬼滷飯🍚我試咗原味,圍住大量紫菜同芝麻,上面仲有菜脯,撈埋一齊食口感豐富🍚荔枝接骨木梳打鬼滷特製嘅荔枝接骨木梳打,用上罐裝,味道甘甘甜甜,帶有清甜嘅荔枝味😚夠晒清爽🌿

餐廳名鬼滷玩食字,好盞鬼。以鮮紅色做主調,裝潢新潮有格調,座位唔算多,但係幾舒服既。一坐低仲會送上焦糖爆谷做小食,送酒真係一流!椒鹽普寧豆腐 $68普寧豆腐係必食招牌菜!炸到金黃色,外脆內嫩。豆味香濃,椒鹽好惹味。蘸韭菜鹽水食,絕對係潮州美食!蘭王蛋蠔餅 $88蠔餅脆卜卜,但唔會覺得好油膩,外酥內軟。用左蘭王蛋令蠔餅蛋味更加香濃,仲食吃一粒粒既蠔仔,十分鮮甜!蘸上辣椒醬或魚露食,更能突出鮮味。鬼滷花雕醉雞翼 $48呢款係冷盤,雞翼十分嫰滑,而且好入味,散發出陣陣酒香。24小時慢煮牛仔骨 $198慢煮牛仔骨已經切開一片片,非常細心。牛肉係粉嫰色🥩,牛脂分布均勻,口感柔嫩,肉質腴嫩有咬口。仲有啲沙律菜同埋洋蔥中和味蕾!(原味)鬼滷飯 $48呢款有D似日式飯,佈滿紫菜、芝麻同埋菜脯,口感豐富,配料雖然簡單但好味!

精心挑選咗一個下晝,本來生日預訂咗呢間餐廳,打算同朋友一齊慶祝生日,嚟到呢日嘅下晝收到電話餐廳當晚嘅Booking非常之滿,餐廳打嚟話當晚可能需時等候,直至安排有枱,到夜晚嚟到餐廳之後,餐廳解釋因為對上時間嘅客人未能準時入座,加上有朋友遲遲都未齊人,所以冇辦法交到枱俾我哋,最後只係不停咁對我哋道歉,然之後我哋好無奈咁離開⋯⋯其實我真係未試過book咗枱預訂嘅餐廳會得到咁樣嘅對待,係你備注有限時,但你話客人唔交枱,你冇辦法,咁其實客人唔需要訂枱,因為就算訂咗都唔等於有位,你哋冇辦法控制同安排到,咁不如只係收Walk in,我反映今次嘅意見係唔想有其他人同我一樣失望,無論你話俾我聽對上一台嘅客人係普通話嘅客人定係本地嘅客人,我相信都唔係用呢個處理手法收尾,如果有特定日子慶祝或者唔係食第一圍嘅時間請大家考慮清楚係咪需要去呢間餐廳食飯?
