荔枝角誠信中心的「孵化生活」餐廳,在銀座式商場2樓,裝修時尚,環境優雅,一派文青風格。打開餐牌,精選午餐有不同的配搭可以選擇:前菜+主菜+果茶或加$20有精品咖啡。前菜:“黑松露泡沫蘑菇湯”,賣相非常別緻,湯上面有厚厚一層泡沫,還配有竹炭麵包。蘑菇湯透出黑松露的香味,有濃稠的蘑菇蓉,味道濃郁。竹炭麵包有出奇的香味,口感有別於一般麵包,讓人驚喜。“田園沙律”,有火箭菜、羽衣甘藍、車厘茄、藍莓等,清新爽口,特別怡人,是不錯的前菜。主菜:“美國安格斯牛沙朗配薯條”,牛沙朗肉質特別細嫩,外面烤香,裏面仍保持豐富肉汁,牛肉味濃,是上乘的牛扒。淋上燒烤汁來吃,份外滋味。配上新鮮即炸薯條,香脆可口。“招牌慢煮西班牙豬鞍架配焦糖蘋果醬”,豬鞍肉質鬆軟,而且很入味,配上焦糖蘋果醬,酸甜美味,與豬肉非常匹配,真是啖啖滋味,令人難忘,果然是招牌菜式。配菜還有香滑薯蓉、冬菇及西蘭花等。兩個主菜都相當講究,是高級西餐廳的水準。甜品:“提拉米蘇”,香滑的蛋漿上蓋上一層朱古力粉,口感不俗。飲品:“意大利咖啡”,有精緻的拉花,上面一層厚厚的綿滑忌廉,下面是香濃咖啡,攪勻後又另一種口感。“果茶”,以打碎的鮮果肉和果汁加
