To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 嘆完下午茶,其實唔肚餓,但係7:30左右,又想食啲嘢,朋友提議食點心,正合我心意。不過中上環夜晚食點心,選擇真係唔多,最終搵到呢度。因為唔肚餓,只係叫咗四款點心:一籠八戒 其實係豬造型嘅叉燒包,都算合格,叉燒餡料切到細細粒,味道適中,外皮軟腍腍,唔係傳統嘅叉燒包爆開嗰種皮,係用奶皇包嗰種圓包皮。蟹籽燒賣呢款點心冇乜特別,同傳統燒賣差不多,不過頂部就唔係一隻蝦,係有啲蟹籽,裏面都係豬肉為主,有少許冬菇,略嫌偏鹹,可能我哋唔肚餓,所以啖啖肉,覺得有啲飽滯。本來唔係想叫燒賣㗎,要提提大家,有啲點心夜晚係唔供應嘅,所以我哋原本揀嘅腸粉,叉燒酥都已經冇晒。魔鬼帶子餃帶子餃有驚喜,因為冇相片睇,以為魔鬼嘅意思係辣辣地,點知一上枱,原來係扮魔鬼魚造型,都算幾Q,餃唔算大,一籠得兩隻,略嫌貴咗少少,不過裏面都足料,有一隻大蝦,同埋帶子,非常鮮味,呢個價錢,如果有多一兩隻就好啦😆野菌素餃子呢款餃子普普通通,都係同出面酒樓一樣嘅味道,勝在淡淡地,係我預料之中嘅。

一籠八戒
其實係豬造型嘅叉燒包,都算合格,叉燒餡料切到細細粒,味道適中,外皮軟腍腍,唔係傳統嘅叉燒包爆開嗰種皮,係用奶皇包嗰種圓包皮。

蟹籽燒賣
