To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

旺角很熱鬧,到處都是人頭湧湧,使人花多撩亂的食肆裏就選了這一間。到店先來一杯Welcome Drink,熱情果加上菠蘿汁酸酸甜甜使人開胃,有點伏特加在裏面但沒太濃的酒味。塔帕斯套餐,可選4款小吃,還有一支餐酒,這個很超值。煙燻鵪鶉髀,大廚煙燻的技巧不錯,鵪鶉髀的皮及肉也有濃厚的煙燻味道,鵪鶉皮Q彈可口,鵪鶉肉嫩滑味美。海膽拖羅蓉,海膽的份量很多,味道鮮甜,拖羅蓉油脂充足,這個配合使味道很圓潤,還有脆脆的餅底也不能錯過。辣肉腸炸薯餅,薯片炸得很脆沒有半點適油,辣肉腸醬及綠色的酸辣椒是靈魂,蕃茄的酸味配上辣醬的香辣味道做出了特別的味道。西班牙羊辣肉腸,羊肉腸的孜然粉味道較強,店家配了帶甜味乳酪,這種味道跟酒很配合。牛扒薯條套餐,炭燒美國極佳級西冷牛扒,牛扒是5成熟,肉質很嫩很有彈性,汁多而濃郁,油花不會油膩,整體味道不錯。薯條是無限添加的,先選了黑松露蛋黃醬,薯條香脆可口配上黑松露味道濃厚的醬汁一起吃使人很滿足,辣味蛋黃醬不會過辣而且很香值得一吃再吃。Baby Sangria,蔓越莓的酸味比較強,使人精神一陣,橙汁的甜味中和了部分酸味。手工製作法式千層蛋糕,蛋糕焦糖奶油香味很濃厚,質地很綿
