To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 半自助火鍋本來只做午市,現在連晚市也可享用,埋單約90 元一位,性價比高,但只限星期一至星期四才有這套餐。肉可選2 款,簡了牛及豬肉,而質素一般。所有配料全自助,選擇十分多,有前菜,飲品,蔬菜,肉丸,咖哩飯,關東煮等,吃得滿足。最後嘆一杯朱古力雪糕,朱古力味濃濃,很滿足。另外送了生日優惠,和牛蛋糕,大概有5 片和牛,覆蓋在面層,雖然是和牛,但質素似乎一般。整體60 分鐘是夠用的,晚市這個價錢實在沒有投訴。
