To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天是小弟第一次寫食評,真的是不吐不快。事緣今早到西九龍高鐵站坐車,慕名而來,提早一個多小時到達,都是為了到此店一嚐米芝蓮評級點心。基本上,樓面服務及點心水平尚算可以。可惜,到吃飽後往收銀台結帳時,當本人要求查看一下帳單,收銀員即時反臉,態度極差,表現得極不奈煩;不安和暴躁溢於言,真的不知何解...... ???收銀員此舉登時令整個米芝蓮體驗冷卻到冰點。其實,行得正企得正,為何害怕顧客查單,真的不明......
