To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友突然問食唔食羊腩煲,就到左富臨試下佢個特價煲。星期五晚七點幾黎到,竟然數埋無十枱客,個市有無咁淡呀…?要點特價煲,條件係要點一個正價菜,合理吖,就先點兩樣野啦。⭐富臨小炒皇呢個都算係近期食過最難食嘅小炒皇,雖然正常有嘅料佢都有,韭菜花、蝦乾、魚乾、魷魚、腰果等,但唔知師傅係冇落調味料定點,食落去淡茂茂好似完全冇炒過咁,仲要上枱係凍嘅,得嗰幾枱客唔使一早炒定喇啩。⭐雙冬羊腩煲個特價羊腩煲就幾有驚喜,細細煲都有五、六件羊腩,入面有馬蹄、支竹同冬菇,但係就冇筍。而取代咗筍嘅居然係粉葛,仲要超大舊,雖然吸咗南乳羊腩汁啲粉葛其實幾好味,但都唔使落咁多粉葛嘅,淨係食葛都飽咗啦。計埋碟花生同茶錢,呢度食咗二百幾蚊,嘢食一般啦,勝在地方大有冷氣,服務就不敢恭維。

呢個都算係近期食過最難食嘅小炒皇,雖然正常有嘅料佢都有,韭菜花、蝦乾、魚乾、魷魚、腰果等,但唔知師傅係冇落調味料定點,食落去淡茂茂好似完全冇炒過咁,仲要上枱係凍嘅,得嗰幾枱客唔使一早炒定喇啩。

個特價羊腩煲就幾有驚喜,細細煲都有五、六件羊腩,入面有馬蹄、支竹同冬菇,但係就冇筍。而取代咗筍嘅居然係粉葛,仲要超大舊,雖然吸咗南乳羊腩汁啲粉葛其實幾好味,但都唔使落咁多粉葛嘅,淨係食葛都飽咗啦。
