Omakase 系列今日專登入元朗食舍利鮨,呢間餐廳鼎鼎大名,聽左佢地個名好耐了,果然名副其實!門口已經比人好高級既感覺,勁似去左日本食高級料理🥰 分享下最吸引我既幾道料理,其中有天婦羅避風塘白粟米,呢道料理坊間比較少見,但卻好啱香港人嘅口味,天婦羅炸物,配上避風塘蒜香味,再加上好甜嘅白粟米,估唔到出嚟嘅效果係咁夾。然後仲有白粟米飯,配上切到好碎既蔥,香口惹味。之後唔少得壽司類,依度有我最愛嘅海膽,最近不是海膽旺季,但呢度嘅海膽好新鮮,甜嘅程度可以到8-9分,簡直人間美食!亦有多款唔同嘅魚類壽司,例如依左目,金目鯛同埋激肥美嘅醬油漬大拖羅。食到十分滿足👏
