To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物:捲蔥填鴨+麼麼皮,這菜式是每次到這店必吃的,鴨燒後仍能保持肉汁,加埋蔥和醬汁,好味到唔停得口。鴨片皮後,餘下的又可跟一小炒,炒鴨絲,一樣好味。 蒜泥白切黑豚肉,黑豚肉小小肥,煮的時間剛口,醬汁微辣,易入口,送飯吃為佳。 饅頭宮保雞丁,宮保雞丁藏在大麵包內,麵包皮脆,加上宮保雞丁的汁,好味! 黑醋松子魚,魚身炸過,加上酸酸的醬汁,都幾好味,不過魚有細骨,吃時要小心。 上海小籠包,皮薄多汁。花素蒸餃是唯一沒驚喜的。服務:就算訂了位,人齊也要等,失卻了訂位意義。
