To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上偕友進膳,是為敍舊倒可以閒點慢食。近讀GourmetKC文章,有意點T骨扒,適逢套餐優惠,推薦友人,自己則點砵酒燉羊膝。T骨扒或許跟餐關係,肉甚薄,卻不俗;砵酒燉羊膝,火候足,汁和味,平常味佳作,最好麵飽伴吃。甜品點雪糕班戟,填滿雪糕再打一把忌廉在面;個人口味而言,班戟還是熱點好,像橙酒煮班戟。也是個人而言,客人未點菜點飲品,侍應其實不用刻意追問,收碟也請問一下用畢沒有,讓客人慢慢享受;走進西餐廳,只是尋找中菜館欠缺的悠閒和氣氛而已。有位年輕男侍應值得一讚,從走入店一刻已經掛上陽光般的笑容,也對答有禮,聽說已在行內一段時間。
