To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. KITTY終於要結婚啦,恭喜晒!佢好有心,一個月前已經約左好我地食飯派帖,我地一行七人約左係富臨一聚,宜家D酒樓都慶D咩晚飯小菜,我地都去幫襯下~野山參花膠燉竹絲雞: 睇睇D渣,見到都真材實料架喎! 有幾條參,大約四分一隻竹絲雞,花膠就有幾片,SIZE都大的! “筆”出黎既湯令我好SURPRISE,因為油份好少,就咁睇真係無乜油,金黃色既湯,飲起上黎好鮮甜,花膠味一般,但係竹絲雞味重,平日飲晒雞湯都覺得好油(因為煲雞會出油),但係呢個湯真係一D都唔油,值得推薦!木桶豉油雞: 其實好想問,點解木桶豉油雞唔係用木桶上菜既XD 每隻$88都幾抵食!望下先,真係有2隻雞脾架! 豉油味恰到好處,唔係太咸,每件雞都呈金黃色,賣相相當美麗。雞肉肉質好嫩滑,我岩岩食到件雞胸,一咬肉同骨就甩開,而且又無血,證明煮既時間岩岩好,時間好考功夫!整得耐雞肉會”鞋”,煮得短雞又怕唔熟,呢個雞讚!金銀旦菜苗: 無乜菜比我地揀,我地揀左大白菜,咸旦唔係好靚,因為唔覺得咸,但切到一絲絲咁都幾得意~皮旦就好古怪,唔知係咪個皮旦超級唔靚,我未食過皮旦好似擦子膠咁,我同阿珊都覺得硬到不得了!!!!所以D皮旦最後無人食!紅燒

紅燒乳鴿: 我地叫左3隻SHARE食,始終係乳鴿,油比較多,之但係我覺得無油既乳鴿又唔好食架喎! 乳鴿皮脆肉嫩,燒得岩岩好,色澤紅亮,肉都算飽滿肥厚,鴿肉味咸咸地,有骨膠原又可以補血氣,女仔可以食多D喎!

綠茶千層糕: 食下甜品先,$8.8勁抵呀!!! 千層糕有3件,綠茶味一般,但係整到翠綠色咁好靚呀!甜度都係一般,對我黎講岩岩好。個糕整到幾軟身(但又未至於散開),好似有幾層既口感。
