To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期日和家人到康怡廣場的金公館晚膳,一直聽聞酒樓的服務一般,不過幾個小菜嘅味道同賣相都唔錯,有少少驚喜。雞絲粉皮 (前菜) $72雞絲嘅份量唔算少,胡麻沙律醬清新好味,但略嫌胡麻醬份量偏少,被沙律醬嘅味道蓋過。鳳梨咕嚕肉 $108咕嚕肉炸得稍稍乾一點,但配上新鮮鳳梨及酸酸甜甜嘅汁芡,相當開胃,整體味道唔錯。竹笙海皇蒸蛋白 $108蛋白蒸得幾滑,再配上竹笙、蝦仁、冬菇粒和配菜等,味道豐富,老人家小朋友都啱食。小編推介。海味雜菜粉絲煲 $118雜菜煲有生菜、菜心,旺菜,白菜等,湯底味道唔錯,值得一試。小菜的味道整體中上水準,價錢亦不算高。相信小編會再次回訪。
