To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時飲茶去得多,今次係第一次去食晚飯。點了幾個簡單小菜,包括黃金蟹肉蝦球伊麵、蜜椒薯角牛柳粒、豉油皇焗海蝦、豉椒炒蜆、海鮮湯淮山浸菜芯曲。想不到小菜沒有點心精彩,有點失望😞 先說個伊麵,用料是十足,個芡汁味道還可以,不過蝦球完全唔爽無𡁻口,而且失去鮮味。豉椒炒蜆同樣味道不錯,但係唔夠鑊氣,蜆就不算太肥美,不過不失啦。比較欣賞的是焗蝦,有番蝦應有的爽甜,用豉油吊味,鮮味更突出。個菜就平平無奇,似個雜菜煲。這裡還是點心比較出色,晚飯就一般般了。
