To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾經風波終於等到放寬限聚一枱8人, 所以急不及待相約家人促膝長談把酒言歡!今次中菜廳再推出優惠套餐, 包括有滋味三小碟《醉鮑魚 龍蝦沙律 野菌和牛酥盒》, 我本人推介個醉鮑魚,淡淡嘅酒香配合鮑魚爽彈 ,一啖鮑魚一啖白酒確是人生一大樂事!之後來個羊肚菌花膠功夫湯, 熱辣辣的湯倒在紫砂茶杯內確是慢慢品是樂事!熱葷有蝦子宮廷海參伴白花菇、 花雕蛋白蒸斑球、 桂花水晶雞、最後來過櫻花蝦海皇炒飯及糖水石榴蘆薈露作晚飯的總結。基本上由於我們雖是一行五人,但每碟小菜份量都不俗,最後個水晶雞及炒飯都要打包 回家😂
