To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日夜晚黎到西環呢間海港食晚飯，平日夜晚人少少，唔使訂位直接有得入座。今晚叫咗兩個孖寶試吓。孖寶有清蒸海上鮮配搭燒鵝例牌蒸魚都OK，啱啱熟都幾滑燒鵝份量都OK，味道正常另一款孖寶叫咗上湯焗龍蝦，同埋上湯菜一開始黎就夾咗龍蝦唔記得影相，龍蝦好細隻，細隻過平時食自助餐嗰啲，伊麵好淋，食完呢個有啲漏上湯浸菜，好普通呢度連埋加一茶介，四位都係六百幾蚊，價錢都幾平，但係食物質素一般。環境都算衛生，職員服務都殷勤，食到一半就幫我哋換碟。
