To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日好想食點心,唸起附近有間#龍點心,食物質素都唔錯,就約埋同事去食番餐啊。點心食物造型別緻,甚有創意,令人食指大動😉,叫左幾款食物開心分享😘。一龍大滿足,一籠有點心-6款,個人喜愛🤩松露野菌晶瑩餃、燒賣同筍尖蝦餃王,而同事則食了夠特別的酸菜魚鳳眼餃、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃同碗豆桃子🍑,款款都熱辣辣好好味😋。龍燒賣,有4粒不同口味,我嘗了麻辣牛肉燒賣同蕃茄海鮮燒賣,同事食左龍蝦汁墨魚燒賣同正常燒賣,好味道又各有特色。厚切叉燒腸粉,已分好了6件,方便食用,腸粉皮薄包住厚切的的叉燒,點埋辣油就更可口。拉絲菠蘿包,咬落鬆軟又香脆,迷你版故食一個啱啱好。
