To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 六個人來吃晚飯,平日晚市都幾滿坐。點了燒味拼盤($144),D乳豬皮好脆,肉又好味又唔肥,D义燒半肥瘦好好味!鎮江骨($78)酸酸地咁,D肉好夠林,正!香芒鱈魚卷($120),魚卷炸得夠脆,個汁酸酸甜甜咁幾醒胃,但魚肉不夠鮮味。竹笙紅燒豆腐($68),清清地,豆腐大大件咁,唔錯。甫魚炒飯($80)係招牌菜,必食。訂位時還預訂了蓮茸西米焗布甸($22一客),好夠熱又香滑,不太甜,吃完好滿足,只是布甸略晞一點。
