To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雲桂香,在記憶中算是老店了,早在二十年前,是我所常到的店之一。因家庭關係,一般所吃清淡,初次接觸酸辣的味道,原來可以如此吸引。記得米線店在那個年頭,還未如此成行成市。晚上路過附近,不知道如何就餐,來回憶一下是好的。點了一份小食魚肉春卷。沒有魚味,太多粉,混合芫茜蔥提味,胡椒,味精一類調味,炸得油膩,翻炸過。佐了一般泰雞醬。睇到中間魚肉凹入就是切開,翻炸的證明。米線,少酸辣。湯底是有下料煲過,酸辣也對胃,重點夠熱。配料花生脆,另有酸菜雪菜一類提味。米線稍過火,但香港一般店都是如此。要了腩肉,尚算入味軟滑。魚腐,質素較差,冷凍舖所賣一類味精貨。整體而言,已沒有驚喜,但一般日常,還是可以的。
