To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工後同朋友係附近食個晚餐,被前成日食下午茶,比較少食佢地既晚餐。而我朋友覺得佢個拉麵幾好,所以我地就入左去食晚飯。晚餐餐牌固定,成幾個月都見到同一張餐牌😂😂😂可以考慮下轉轉款式,冇咁悶。我地叫左地獄辣炸雞配拉麵,同鮮茄芝士焗豬扒飯。味道:⭐️⭐️⭐️但佢個檸檬茶一流,檸檬汁加茶,唔會有苦澀味,而且一早攪拌好,冇檸檬俾你拮。好飲過茶餐廳,大家都知檸檬茶品質差,容易有苦澀味,難入口。真係一半半好食,炸雞個醬汁怪怪地,吾可以話係辣汁,但個拉麵好彈好,而且豬骨湯底唔油膩,吾會湯面浮油。而焗豬扒飯個飯真係要改進下,吾係乾身炒飯,偏濕而且感覺似撈過下而吾係炒過😂😂吾知你地想吾想像到?但芝士同茄汁爆多,豬扒冇乜肥肉,岩晒我哩d吾食肥豬肉既人。感覺上,豬扒配拉麵更好食,下次可以拉麵配其他,焗飯真係個飯底伏。
