To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間茶餐廳係家庭式經營，以前我都經常幫襯，今晩無煮飯就黎呢度開餐土魷蒸肉餅($54)－土魷唔算好香魷魚味，而肉餅就好香肉味，因為豬肉都算新鮮，另外加的醬油將全個肉餅提升，如果魷魚再香D，我俾100分，依家只可以算85分😋😋😋魚香茄子煲($56)－咸魚唔會好咸，不過唔算多，茄子冇煮得太淋算是少少硬，肉碎好多，整體味道都好好，送飯一流👍例湯－佛手雪耳瓜豬骨，湯好甜，完全冇落味精，就連豬骨都好味😍服務方面：老闆娘好親切又主動
