To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時都係食早餐多,因為呢間大快活好似特別早關門。平時八點幾都好似冇晒嘢食。今日難得路過見佢仲未開始執嘢,就衝入去博一博啦。八點幾選擇所剩無幾。今次叫咗個菠蘿咕嚕生炒骨,配白飯。唔錯!生炒骨唔算肥,同埋今次炸得好好呀,唔會成嚿都係粉,真係有肉㗎哈哈!(都係果句啦,依家啲餐廳,想食魚有魚味、雞有雞味,已經唔係必然㗎啦!所以生炒骨唔係得嚿炸粉。其實已經好難得㗎啦哈哈哈)菠蘿咕嚕汁酸酸甜甜好開胃。不過略嫌佢酸咗啲,
