To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨晚去晚餐被嚇親!上二樓用餐, 去過嘅人都知道原本個地方就唔大.. 每張台的距離僅僅夠一個人經過.話說有個阿姐(A)想上野飲, 當時通道上有另一個阿姐(B)喺度上緊米線, 個阿姐(A)不斷叫阿姐(B)讓開讓開, 但阿姐(B)聽唔到, 阿姐(A)又唔理照逼, 正當阿姐(A)搏命想逼過去時, 阿姐(B)突然轉身, 手一揮, 竟然把阿姐(A)手上嘅野飲推冧, 當場兜頭淋向旁邊嘅一個男顧客!!!佢地如何善後就略過唔提啦.. 但各位試想像下, 如果倒瀉嘅唔係野飲, 而係熱辣辣嘅米線, 咁後果就不堪設想啦!
