To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六晚同男朋友出街食飯,由於我下午食左好多野仲好飽,所以就冇去到食放題,而選擇黎呢度食。呢間舖係係酒店下面,地點比較隱蔽,所以一落到去見到得幾枱客,有好多吉枱,感覺裡面環境普通,有d唔夠專業既感覺。桌椅放得有d亂,有一兩張枱全部用黎放碗,疊左幾層高,但好明顯係放係食客既枱面上,證明平日晚市一般較靜。一坐低就即刻有員工過黎服務我地,但點知餐牌都未睇就係咁推銷,問食唔食魚,我地話唔食又問飲唔飲湯,我地話睇下先,又問飲唔飲啤酒。。。心諗可唔可以比我地靜靜地睇一陣先?感覺有d hard feeling。。係我地不斷話睇下先不斷拒絕下佢先行開左。到我地點左2個菜,又重覆上面既對白一次😂 真係聽到滴晒汗。。上菜速度都算快水煮牛肉都唔錯,辣度適中,牛肉都算冧雲耳勝瓜浸魚肚個湯都幾鮮甜,應該係用左濃雞湯去配,魚肚索晒個汁好好味😋2個人點知2個餸+一碗好細碗既白飯,連茶位加一服務費食左200幾。總括而言,食物味道可以,係有d hard sale。
