今日約左朋友食晚餐,便去了座落何文田的李錦基越南餐廳。晚餐時間全店滿座,等了5分鐘就有位。我們點了越式炸春卷(豬肉)$68、生牛肉湯河$55及香茅煎豬扒湯河$63,另收加一服務費。越式炸春卷(豬肉):炸至金黃酥脆,配上醬汁,引人食指大動,另有一籃生菜🥬可包住春卷食,別有一番風味。生牛肉湯河:幾片牛肉浸在湯中慢慢變熟,河粉幾滑溜,湯底唔錯香茅煎豬扒湯河:豬扒有兩塊,煎到金黃色,肉汁豐盛,河粉幾滑溜、湯底唔錯另有,香草🌿及辣椒🌶️可放入湯底,增加湯底既濃度。
