To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 八月花,位於旺角亞皆老街8號朗豪坊3樓35號舖。 其實已經對這間中菜館的菜式好熟悉, 因為已經食過好多次。 店內環境唔算寬敞, 我們今次叫了節日套餐,另外再散叫菜式,晚餐 ~ 前菜$17、節日餐$388位(8折)、炙燒松露黑豚肉$198、芥末脆香蝦球$168、 黑松露醬羊肚菌腐卷$138。 🔸節日餐 ~ 套餐包括菠蘿海蜇球冷鮑魚、 上湯開邊龍蝦伊麵、 蟹肉燴燕窩、 鮑汁白花釀海參、 蘆筍山藥炒藕片、 蛋白杏仁茶。 每款菜式表現普通,只有龍蝦伊麵稍為做得好些。套餐份量太少😅, 所以最後我們要加多三個菜式。 🔸炙燒松露黑豚肉 ~ 感覺以前比較好味, 現在口感偏硬, 肉質沒有嫩感。 🔸芥末脆香蝦球 ~ 蝦球炸得過火了, 沒有酥香感。 🔸黑松露醬羊肚菌腐卷 ~ 味道普通, 羊肚菌只有四粒。 四人用餐,埋單大約二千, 感覺水準退步了😅。 🏷️溫馨提示~ 整個用餐體驗均屬個人分享意見, 只作參考😊。
