太耐冇去大坑, 所以琴晚就去左大坑搵食,行左幾個圈,唔知食乜好,唯有用眼睛去搵食,見呢間拉麵店幾多人,於是就入去試下星期日晚大約7點,已經有好多人係入面,但都仲有位比我地, 唔駛等一行入去坐低,唔大舒服,要搭檯,有d窄同迫一坐低,店員放左兩張 order form 比我地, 上面分別有寫豚骨,黑骨,赤骨,綠骨同限定我地揀左:豚骨 & 綠骨,而味道,濃道,蒜泥,都揀左普通叉燒揀左梅肉叉燒野菜揀左蔥粒;麵揀左普通我地兩個人都order 埋追加特選($35) -溏心蛋,紫菜& 梅肉叉燒因為豚骨係間店既signature dish, 而綠骨就未聽過,未order 前,我地都諗梗綠骨係d乜,所以就試下 ~ (最古怪既係,我地落左單等梗時,個waitress向其他剛入黎既客人介紹d拉麵,我心諗點解無人向我地介紹既? 當我地想問佢野時,佢唔知係扮睇唔到定係扮忙,感覺唔太好)等食時,我上openrice 睇下個食評,但搵唔到間拉麵店, 因為我search – NAGI REMAN豚肉拉麵($80),味道一般, 普通既豚肉湯底,梅肉叉燒有小小肥, 入口軟棉,一碗有兩塊, 木耳絲同蔥粒, 都好多下,拉麵較

溏心蛋,係一個好普通既溏心蛋,沒乜特別

總結,我地兩個都覺得d麵有d硬, 食落去仲有d粉粉地,似煮唔熟, 感覺上一蘭好食d
