To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這裡標榜是潮式粉麵檔，以手打魚丸肉丸掛頭牌，來到幫襯，來個四寶紫菜河加一份炸魚皮都應可試真章。四寶都是魚丸肉丸魚札牛丸魚餃等，嘗其食味，只能蓋以一個咸字曰之、尤甚是以魚丸肉丸牛丸為甚、唯一較為鮮味的是紫菜，有點無奈；另外炸魚皮油份過多，似乎隔油步驟做行不妥，嘗過後胃部相當不舒服，可見餘下的油量挺多。關於食味這裡應該不合格，因四寶過咸，而炸魚皮又不成，而服務方面又不見得盡心，後補的炸魚皮要提點幾趟才送上，明明已經Pack 好都沒有拿過來，有點掃興。
