今日lunch time黎到ifc食lunch,揀左喺2樓呢間翡翠拉麵,ifc呢間分店都係第一次試。12點準時黎到,仲未需要等位,但過左10分鐘,門口就開始多人排喇。我地2個人,叫左雞絲粉皮、紅油抄手、小籠包、同擔擔麵。雞絲粉皮好重麻醬味,食完有啲溜,令我冇咩胃口食其他嘢。而友人亦覺得粉皮太厚身,如果切薄啲會好啲。紅油抄手就不過不失,雲吞皮薄同好滑,涵料亦ok,配搭紅油幾好。不過,我略嫌佢冇炒蒜同唔夠蔥花,令到味道冇咁豐富。而且佢比較酸,可能煮嘅時候落左好多醋。之後就到食小籠包喇。小籠包唔好味,熱就夠熱,但小籠包入面竟然係冇湯汁架,加上皮本身都幾厚,搞到個皮好dry,我一啲都唔推薦食客去食。一間上海餐廳,連最出名嘅上海菜小籠包都煮唔好,令我有啲失望。令我滿意嘅一碟餸係擔擔麵。佢嘅湯底夠濃厚,有好重麻醬味道,麵亦爽身,軟硬適中。佢同紅油抄手一樣,湯底有啲酸酸嘅味道,但係整體黎講幾好味。

紅油抄手就不過不失,雲吞皮薄同好滑,涵料亦ok,配搭紅油幾好。不過,我略嫌佢冇炒蒜同唔夠蔥花,令到味道冇咁豐富。而且佢比較酸,可能煮嘅時候落左好多醋。
