週未約了友人於將軍澳用膳,首嚐新都城的甘味讚岐手打烏冬。餐廳在商場呈半開放式,白襯灰的裝潢,感覺時尚。點了數款小食,日式煎餃子比較細隻,菜肉餡料食味無乜特別。鹽燒雞翼香口度一般,稍鹹。紫菜雞肉丸全無紫菜味,口感實身。主食鐵板牛柳粒蕃茄湯烏冬,牛柳粒留有少許肉汁,牛香普通,口感稍實但可接受。蕃茄湯底稠身,味濃,但自然蕃茄酸香感不足。烏冬滑口,但過於腍身,一般。
