最後我點了沙律。因為唔想食太多。天氣太熱根本無咩胃口。本來都想食壽司🍣但其實想食的壽司價錢都唔平。那不如去大型日本餐廳。那邊選擇多、價錢便宜。講返這個沙律。我只可以講我唔會再食。
原因有幾個:
1)沙律醬很鹹
2)虾餅口感唔夠彈牙
3)份量太細
這裡的沙律選擇都唔多。
總括今次體驗都算好。因為都唔係太貴就可以食到新鮮日本料理。但我下次應該唔會再選擇這間。因為這附近都有其他烏冬專門店

約左個妹係將軍澳食野,寶琳呢邊有大型商場,餐廳選擇多,最終我們選擇了甘味開餐。一出港鐵站,就見到對面商場甘味的招牌,望到餐廳有落地玻璃,環境不錯。入到去就安排左我地坐窗邊卡位,望住街景幾舒服。食過其他分店,覺得食物不俗,比起其他日本餐廳價錢幾實惠。因為都幾肚餓,所以叫左d飽肚菜式,鰻魚飯、豬軟骨烏冬、三文魚手卷、蟹子沙律、牛油蕃薯及炸墨魚嘴。鰻魚飯上有d鰻魚碎同滑蛋,撈飯食幾正。另外,我一向來好喜歡甘味的烏冬,好彈滑。最後,更點了個豆腐雪芭,濃濃的豆乳味,有少少似飲緊豆漿,作為晚餐後的甜品很不錯。仲想讚下呢度服務幾好,會主動問洗唔洗碗仔之類,店員態度親切,加茶加得好密呢。

今日我哋去咗位於將軍澳新都城中心的甘味讚岐烏冬專門店,呢度有一個期間限定的海膽刺身盛配冷蕎麥面$138 ,仲有一杯原粒紅豆冰跟埋,於是就決定叫呢一個套餐!呢個蕎麥面非常特別,蕎麥面上鋪滿蟹子、牛油果、紫菜碎、青瓜絲等等,只要淋上冷麵汁,拌一拌就食得,感覺十分清新,而且呢一個套餐仲有海膽刺身盛,海膽鮮甜唔苦澀味,仲要一板上,好creamy, 我仲有三文魚、甜蝦、北寄貝、玉子、蟹柳等!呢個餐嘅紅豆冰非常多紅豆,唔使加錢就有得飲,好抵!另外仲叫咗一個烏麻淮山便當,便當雖然冇嘢飲,但係有麵豉湯,麵豉湯內有海帶,呢個便當分成四部份,一格係蟹子沙律,一格係壽司四盛,一格係刺身,一格係主菜豚肉芽菜蘿蔔絲,另外仲會跟一個湯烏冬,可以將個主菜放上烏冬上面食!

今日我哋去咗位於將軍澳新都城中心的甘味讚岐烏冬專門店,呢度有一個期間限定的海膽刺身盛配冷蕎麥面$138 ,仲有一杯原粒紅豆冰跟埋,於是就決定叫呢一個套餐!



呢個蕎麥面非常特別,蕎麥面上鋪滿蟹子、牛油果、紫菜碎、青瓜絲等等,只要淋上冷麵汁,拌一拌就食得,感覺十分清新,而且呢一個套餐仲有海膽刺身盛,海膽鮮甜唔苦澀味,仲要一板上,好creamy, 我仲有三文魚、甜蝦、北寄貝、玉子、蟹柳等!

另外仲叫咗一個烏麻淮山便當,便當雖然冇嘢飲,但係有麵豉湯,麵豉湯內有海帶,呢個便當分成四部份,一格係蟹子沙律,一格係壽司四盛,一格係刺身,一格係主菜豚肉芽菜蘿蔔絲,另外仲會跟一個湯烏冬,可以將個主菜放上烏冬上面食!

主打手打烏冬(。・ω・。)ノ老實說,我很喜歡吃烏冬,不過在普通街市內買的烏冬,很難會有手打烏冬的口感!這間的手打烏冬,價錢真的平民,高質素份量又足夠價錢又不貴而且環境舒服!我和友人兩位一人一個主食,我選擇了黑蒜油豬手鍋烏冬,友人選擇了咖喱雞扒飯!等候的時間不長,很快就可以吃了!而且碗熱烏冬保溫度很高,快吃完的時候,鍋也是熱的,烏冬的煙韌度實在令我滿意,果然手打烏冬的口感就是非一般好吃,這個湯底很濃郁,奶白色的湯底加上黑蒜油味道,真的很合襯,吃的時候沒有味精的感覺,相信是真的真材實料!友人的咖喱雞扒飯選擇了健康米(免費轉的,不用另外加錢(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)),起初看起來只有小小一鍋,怎料鍋底那麼深,份量比我想像中的多很多,雞扒份量足夠,٩(˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́)و日式咖哩真的很好吃呢!

下午3:00去.....只係開靠窗口一面的卡位,但又放左架執碗車係到又唔清理...冇人食好多蚊仔,連雀仔都飛入來....只係食D平常叫開的簡單野.....無論份量和味道都和以前差好遠....依家個商場開左好多新食店....我以後都唔會再幫襯....好明顯冇心機做
