和幾位好友於灣仔文鼎酒家晚膳,食客不太多,環境清靜舒適。散點小菜數款:生煎包:出品熱辣,八二菜肉比例香口度亦不算弱,感覺更輕盈而減卻膩感!無花果香酥骨:皮薄且脆,肉質腍身富一定肉汁,拼上無花果甜酸汁挺開胃。包公安格斯牛小排:香醋的酸香感比香酥骨的甜酸汁更重更濃,牛小排雖夠腍,但同時帶點鞋口,食味OK。自貢樟茶鴨(配蝴碟餅):鴨身較細小及瘦削,熏香中度。砂窩干迫海星斑:用上大量蒜粒燒製,甚為香口。魚肉份量約一斤,因蒜粒味道實在太搶口,少不免搶去魚肉天然味道。瑤柱扒時蔬(菜心) :菜心很嫩很甜,瑤柱汁亦幾好食。
