To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假陪屋企人飲茶,等位混亂,帶位職員也應該管理一下吧,叫號亂,帶位也亂,場面人多叫人心煩!好不容易有位坐低,等極冇人上茶,侍應態度麻麻地。我地點左酥皮叉燒包,賣相尚好,都夠新鮮。但一撕開一半就見到入面嘅叉燒餡份量極之少。糯米卷,同超市買返來自家蒸,冇任何分別。蒸得不夠透,硬左d。潮洲粉粿,都系普通質素,無咩特別,不過還好陷飽滿,花生米新鮮。蜜汁叉燒腸,皮晤夠滑,整體來講ok。叉燒不夠熱,如果再蒸耐d會好少少。
