To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間餐廳已幫襯了多次，但是這次水準稍為下降。環境上這間餐廳是地方淺窄，但整體環境是乾淨的。椰香紅咖喱豬扒焗飯，咖喱味香濃，豬扒軟腍腍且厚身，而且飯底大大碟。女性們可能食唔曬。跟上中式餐湯，有很多配料，味道亦好。香煎雞胸伴蘑菇忌廉汁伴意大利飯，雞胸煎得見老了一點，而且冇乜雞肉味。忌廉汁非常香濃而且有蘑菇配上，忌廉汁是好味的。但意大利飯並沒有煮熟，應該是九成熟了，尚欠一成。意大利飯的確是難煮的，因為我在家裏也試過煮意大利飯。的確是要用上很多時間，如果你想煮得好食的話，一定要用心煮到啱啱好將啲米煮到熟透。少啲功力都唔得架。跟餐配上忌廉湯，但並不很熱，味道也很好。餐飲跟熱咖啡，多了一點奶但仍不失有咖啡香味。
