To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與好姊妹行街,她肚子有點不太舒服，想食熱的食物例如湯麵，尖沙咀K11 MUSEA有好多間過江龍餐廳，有日本拉麵、有新加坡等等……朋友揀選了海南雞飯始祖之稱的Chatterbox新加坡菜式，其中文華海南雞飯係店家主打菜。餐廳以花園城市為主題，有一幅大型壁畫用不同形狀的瓷磚作畫最啱打卡，餐廳裝修時尚型格，別緻優雅，讓食客優悠地進餐的同時增添了一份悠閒。除了有人氣招牌菜式外，亦有其他新加坡菜供應，除了供應招牌的文華海南雞飯外，例如喇沙、白胡椒肉骨茶、咖哩雞、炒貴刁、特色小食、地道風味的甜品等等。招牌雞肉喇沙HKD112上枱麵已經凍唔夠熱，湯底特製喇沙醬味道濃還算可以。素菜炒貴刁HKD98貴刁口感Q彈，每條貴刁都被濃香甘甜的醬油染上顏色，條條充分入味，油香豐富，香氣四溢，整體體味道相當豐富。
