jan, 22, 10好想飲茶食點心,共5人嚟lunch,叫咗 : 1) 鮑汁雞腳 (hk$32)-侍應抱住呢sell,友人就要咗呢個-隻雞腳漲卜卜,有皮又有膠性,不過就唔多入味,又唔多覺有鮮味-只見友人們"畢"d汁同底下嘅花生嚟食 2) 瑤柱珍珠雞 (大點)-合格 3) 蜜汁叉燒包 (小點)-呢個無試到 4) 海皇煎薄罉 (大點)-顏色假咗d,好少見有咁黃-不過煎得邊也脆,偶爾食到墨魚鬚片-味道無問題 5) 鮮蝦炸雲吞 (中點)-呢個我無試 6) 江南素鵝 (hk$32)-我第1次食到呢個用脆漿炸嘅做法-不過呢個餡比起平時食京川滬式嘅素鵝多料,有紅蘿蔔條,中芹條,冬菇條同金菇,所以香味重好多 7) 薑蔥鮑魚撈粗麵 (hk$68)-估唔到咁大碟-不過入口就食到鹼水味,又無嘜鮮味-勝在粗麵無有腍 8) 1000層馬拉糕 (中點)-幾有花生香,而且軟熟,有密度-不錯
