To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 常年收加一，茶水，但是不给纸巾？太古城分店几次要求说没有纸巾，明明疫情之前都是提供纸巾？连纸巾都不给，於人与不便，说是疫情理由所以不给。这是什麽规矩？疫情就不需要擦嘴？虽然味道好也挡不住服务一般，卫生程度下降。餐具几次去都是烫过碗上还有菜叶在。如果害怕纸巾沾染病毒，是不是碗具更应该消毒乾净些？邮件让我改食评与事实不符？我并非造谣为何要改，是不是分店应该改回提供纸巾？要不就免收加一？只可惜我没有印相留作证据。
