To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來想去稻香吃特價的$1雞,但要等很久才有座位,於是改到對面的大快活,因為大快活連一半的入座率也沒有。點了一個咖喱牛腩飯,一個牛肉火鍋。牛腩飯忘了拍照,質素就是快餐店水準,牛腩不會太硬,但也吃不出什麼特色。火鍋可以選冬瓜湯底或沙嗲湯底,我選的冬瓜,湯底感覺有點冬瓜的甜味,用的排骨是咸排骨,去火,夏天火鍋必備。不過牛肉就非常麻麻,我對快餐店火鍋的牛肉本來已沒有要求,但牛肉質素不高就不應該厚切,現在這個牛肉熟後可以站着不倒,吃下去十分分厚實、韌。其他配料質素也只是普通貨色,丸類感覺粉十分多,完全不彈牙,唯一是用腐皮包着的不知道什麼肉帶點鹹香,幾有特色。
