To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實都真係歷史悠久，由細食到大，有時又真係唔需要佢進步，只要維持不變就得，只係希望食返童年嘅味道。叫咗個滑蛋豬扒飯定食，跟麵豉湯同生果，生果係橙，仲有一個醃青瓜。老實講真係以前好食d麵豉湯就不過不失，普通麵豉湯，味道還可以。生果都正常，唔算特別酸。但醃青瓜真係太鹹，即使同飯一齊食都太鹹。滑蛋豬扒飯紫菜唔夠脆，有d淋。滑蛋味道正常，白飯都夠熱，兩樣嘢都幾夾。不過豬扒較為偏乾身，肉質偏薄，冇咩咬口。所以覺得價錢偏貴。

麵豉湯就不過不失，普通麵豉湯，味道還可以。生果都正常，唔算特別酸。但醃青瓜真係太鹹，即使同飯一齊食都太鹹。
