To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日lunch 經過佐敦，見到呢間茶記新開冇耐，便入去試下。lunch 時間都好full 下。我叫咗個特餐A-沙嗲牛肉麵配火腿牛乳炒蛋拼厚切多士，再加杯熱奶茶。上餐好快，落完單唔使幾分鐘就送齊哂食物同餐飲。賣相ok,但味道一般。麵太淋，唔係公仔麵或出前一丁，牛肉普通，沙嗲牛麵最重要的沙嗲汁竟然唔夠味，有點失色。反而個炒蛋同厚多士好味。蛋夠滑，多士夠脆夠厚，食落有口感，唔錯。杯奶茶不過不失，如果再濃D茶味就更好。不過勝在價錢合理，43蚊來講算抵食！
