To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎食宵夜，兩個人被安排坐大卡位，坐得好舒服，一坐低，就上左好多款前菜，我諗住食少少野咋🙈之後叫左個辣豆腐湯同炸雞...辣海鮮嫩豆腐湯（$69）幾大碗，夠兩個人share，不過豆腐爛晒，啲海鮮都一般，味道普通，唔會好辣。韓式酸甜炸雞（$108）半份睇超黎分量唔多，兩個人每人都分到3舊，雞炸得好脆，好香口，味道唔會差可能我地9點後先入座，坐低叫完菜，上完菜之後，啲員工就無咩走過黎，不過我覺得幾好，可以同朋友慢慢傾，無人理，佢地又唔會趕人走。
