To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳位於103 層，可以看到全海景，要預早一個月前book 窗口位。可惜，原來餐廳方位是西斜，而且窗口位是兩人都一齊並排坐，是sofa 型，因為太陽太曬，最後都選擇改坐後一排的座位。所以大家不需要因為要坐窗口位而要等一個月。High tea 食物方面，茶普普通通，鹹點不多，比較多甜品和蛋糕，如果同 103 Cafe 比較，沒有那麼精緻，scone 就不過不失。服務環境方面，不知道為什麼，服務生執拾杯碟都差點打爛，而我們的茶壺，都有崩口 ...... 不過，可以睇到全海景，就是它的賣點。
