To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放假自己一丁友去鑽石山行街，本身打算Lunch time食元氣Sushi，但元氣太多人，結果選擇左丼丼屋。黎丼丼屋真係明致既做法。一入到去侍應就即刻安排左位置比我，位置都好舒適。我叫左兩樣食物，一份甜品同一杯飲品。波蘿汁 ( $0 ) 下午茶時段送飲品。菓汁非常新鮮。充滿濃郁既波蘿味，酸酸地，非常合我口味。 雜錦刺身飯 ( $83 )感覺上同口感上都普普通通，冇乜特別。但飯配搭得唔錯，暖暖既飯配凍既刺身。蕃茄沙律 ( $45 )真係普通到冇得再普通。只係普通切片蕃茄配個芥末汁。不過蕃茄確實係新鮮既。抹茶沙冰 ( $38 )見佢期間限定就叫黎試下。普通，感覺就係食緊綠茶雪糕。總結係唔錯既呢一餐。但我覺得飲品比其餘食物更勝一籌，因為真係好好飲呀！不過真係間中食下好啦，因為真係好狠貴！
