To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

畀錢嚟受氣食左一餐普通的晚飯.清蒸本地龍,完全無龍蝦味.好彩唔算貴，當食急凍龍蝦算.炒斑球ｄ魚味好腥, 燒鵝受到似燒鴨. 服務仲衰, 叫極無人理, 無論係落單 叫白飯埋單 都係唔會有人理你, 要自己去pantry加熱水. 叶個阿姐就話搵黑衫, 黑衫阿姐就話唔關佢事, 仲有一個聽到都當聽唔到. 最好笑係問我張單喺邊, 阿姐你都冇畀張單我，唔通要我我自己去開單呀？ 香港飲食業真係變到咁？ 啲阿姐真係唔介意佢哋冇咗份工 定係呢個集團對於自己嘅員工完全唔會管理.
