To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「月見蚵仔魯肉飯」蠔仔、蛋黃同滷肉嘅組合，整體擺落口係舒服嘅，始終三樣都係質地滑嘅餸菜，擺埋一齊冇乜違和感。不過可能因為滷肉份量對比蠔仔相對較少嘅關係，蠔仔嘅味道似乎蓋過咗滷肉，變咗唔係好食到「滷肉」嘅感覺。同埋個魯肉汁唔係好落到個飯，要靠打散隻蛋黃先至似返魯肉飯嘅口感。反而食到最後request免費添飯比碗魯肉飯我（幾impressed，因為初頭諗住係加白飯），呢碗嘢似返魯肉飯應該有嘅濕潤/肥膩口感。跟餐飲品以一杯要加$12升級嘅奶茶嚟講，幾失望下。味道淡，冇乜茶味，大約等於一間比較差嘅茶餐廳嘅質素。
