To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同事話想食元氣，於是黎左尖東呢間食，我地2點幾下午茶時段等位都要15分鐘我地唔算太肚餓，只叫左幾款壽司。海蝦壽司無乜蝦味，一般，好彩只叫左一件。 帶子壽司食落好似唔多新鮮… 燒牛肉壽司，牛肉燒得太耐，unun地。三文魚腩壽司，新鮮肥美，咬落去有D魚油，好食。辣味燒三文魚腩壽司，燒到半熟，帶點辣味，幾好食，估唔到三文魚搭配辣椒油都有唔錯既效果總括黎講，呢間普普通通，lunch唔太抵食，我地就咁叫幾款壽司，每人差不多8X-9X，呢個價錢會有更好既選擇。
