To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同男朋友撐枱腳，佢話嗰條街多咗好多餐廳所以拉我去食。一入到去右手邊見到泰國嘅佛像，一條細小嘅走廊，入到鋪入邊都幾大，光猛，乾淨。我哋都算早過去所以冇乜人。坐咗喺左手邊靠牆嘅四人枱。我哋叫咗海南雞飯，馬拉盞炒通菜，沙嗲串燒，同一罐可樂。海南雞飯啲雞都幾滑，但係冇乜雞味，男朋友話啲飯見到有白色嘅米唔合格，我食到有一舊雞有骨，可能係靠近軟骨位所以佢哋冇發現。附送嘅嗰個節瓜湯都幾甜。馬拉盞炒通菜有啲辣，但係幾惹味，出邊街多數馬拉盞都會有過鹹，佢就啱啱好。串燒叫咗豬/牛/雞各兩串，串燒配嘅嗰個沙嗲醬為串燒加咗分，食到粒粒嘅花生，牛就係醃左嘅，串燒黎講我就麻麻地。服務質素唔錯。
