我地一行五個人為左食皮片鴨而來, 充滿期待果然冇令我地失望! 呢度既食物賣相都好吸引, 唔止片皮鴨, 好多食物都好出色。夜晚黎到除左可以品嚐美食, 仲有靚夜景睇, 真係冇得彈。呢度既片皮鴨真係必食! 唔單止鴨皮脆鴨肉嫩, 平時一般片皮鴨只有一種食法, 但呢度就將鴨肉同皮分左三類配合番三種食法。第一種藍莓醬配爆炸糖; 第二種係傳統食法; 第三種配芥末。個人都係最鍾意傳統食法, 但另外兩種其實都幾好食而且係幾有趣既配搭!山藥亦係一個驚喜! 完全滲入左桂花既香甜, 好清新。近期好多野食都會加入咸蛋黃, 呢個魷魚就配搭得幾好。外皮好脆亦好香咸蛋黃味, 魷魚又彈牙。D湯好好味, 食咁多肉呢個白菜正好可以解下渴同油膩。黑松露好香, 幾好食。呢個都唔錯, 賣相好吸引。呢個都算唔錯, 但相比其他好似冇咁吸引。我地都唔太鐘意呢個肉餅, 雖然幾創新, 但好油膩好濟, 真係唔太好食。
