To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果餐廳好食, 會多次幫襯, 其實唔係第一次黎,但呢間暫時唔會再主動光顧事源1點半左右入座, 叫了即製點心, 明白製作需時, 所以打算叫一客最快的燒味飯,搵左經理落單叉燒飯,但大概10多分鐘左右都未見,第一次同職員講,職員回覆: 你叫就入咗單架喇, 我地都要等師傅整出黎,然後走了再等5分鐘後,搵第二位職員講, 見佢有去電腦度check,同櫃位講一講,然後失蹤再等5分鐘,同第三位職員講,亦係見佢去電腦度check,同櫃位講一講,然後又失蹤點心已經陸續上枱....呢個時侯,第一位職員攞住張單走黎問,係咪個叉燒飯仲未到,我話超過20 分鐘都未,佢話幫我地睇下... 5分鐘後佢過黎話,你地要再等等,師傅要時間整... 聽到呢句其實已經無言... 最後叉燒飯過左10分鐘左右先到... 其實呢半小時內,係久唔久就見到有叉燒飯經過,但都唔係我地...正常燒味飯應該比即製點心快... 但一而再,再而三咁向職員查詢,都冇人交代,服務態度真係讓人不滿意其實點心不過不失,特色既都唔錯但最失望係甜品, 真係食咗兩啖就放棄,唔係凍亦唔係熱,係室溫,味道亦較平常不一樣...雙皮奶... 室溫基於以上情況,暫不考慮
