To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. We ordered four morning combos (a total of 8 dim sums/ rice/ congee) to share. The aunts applauded for the peanuts and ribs congee; and the skins of the steamed rice rolls.

Also in the photo: steamed rice with Chinese preserved meat; preserved sausages and spareribs. Plus, scallion sakura shrimps pancake. Nice ones.
Menus were also renewed and I could see the popular standing chicken with flames; and a creative sweet/savoury dish with egg pudding in egg shells and chicken-shaped deep fried meat puffs.
服務員態度非常好,可能係知道有利是收,個個都開口大吉,笑口常開。
這個新年套餐,全包收費 $5000,共12 位。上咗炒麵同炒飯先上蒸魚同雞。聽職員嘅解釋,原因係因為要同隔離枱嘅炒麵同炒一鍋,所以要一齊出。
不過呢間嘢係冇咩好期望,主要是地點遷就到老人家。大家冇期望就冇失望。不過收呢個價錢食啲咁嘅嘢真係有少少肉痛。

我再點咗餐咖喱牛腩同蔥油雞。咖喱牛腩好似猛獸噉軟熟,入口即溶,辣味正啱,令人辣到掛住佢媽。至於蔥油雞,皮薄肉嫩,清麗透骨,滿滿嘅蔥香夾住肉汁,一啖咬落去,滿口生津。
對面嘅檯上嘅住家阿哥攞咗個魚蛋粉,佢滿足嘅神情令我都心思思想試,於是再加一碗。哇,個湯口感滑溜,魚蛋彈牙,粉條滑溜,一啖湯一啖粉,嘩,好過癮!
瞓咗個燉奶做收尾,口感綿密,甜度啱啱好,攞住餐巾擦咀嘅一刻,心諗,呢個地方我仲會再黎多次👌。
清蒸大閘蟹($68隻)
又到大閘蟹季節,見到酒樓有賣,今年又未食過就試下。約3兩細蟹,三個人食叫了3隻,黎得兩份食蟹工具和醋,要叫侍應拎多把剪刀。滿心期待,可惜我的蟹膏唔算多,唔香,而且有少少苦,有啲失望。不過同行就話佢嗰隻蟹唔錯。
杏汁燉白肺
份量多,雖然寫4人份量,但應該有超過8小碗。我覺得幾好飲,不過同行朋友話豬肺麻麻。
蜜椒脆鱔球
調味調得幾好,炸得都好香脆,就係鱔唔夠。肥美,同行友人話有啲腥。
紅燒花膠豆腐
食完頭三樣唔夠飽,原本想叫特價龍蝦配伊麵,但侍應話大閘蟹已經特價咗冇得再叫,咁唯有叫第二樣紅燒花膠豆腐。
豆腐份量足,相比之下花膠就自然顯得少和細舊,不過味道我幾鍾意。
橎桃大壽包
冇人生日,不過就係想食。壽包幾大個,蓮蓉都多,入面仲有半隻細咸蛋黃。朋行友人話咸蛋黃小,唔太好咸蛋黃嘅我就覺得啱啱好。
1. 甜薄撐(不太甜,但有甜味,夠薄夠脆,一致好評)
2. 炸雞 (皮夠薄脆,唔會好乾,有微熱,好味,但要自己用較剪拆件,比較麻煩)
3. 乾炒牛河(不乾不油,人多食幾好)
4. 蝦餃(夠大粒,冇肥豬肉,如果有筍絲更好)
5. 燒賣(我一向冇食,冇得評分)
6. 叉燒餐包(普普通通,不過不失)
7. 棉花雞(算ok,但嫌佢魚肚太少)
8. 炸煎堆(好難唔好食)
今日71回歸假期,差不多中午12:00都唔洗等位,唯美中不足係食嘢前洗杯洗碗時d茶都好油。
蝦餃皇,四大隻,餃身漲卜卜,蝦肉爽口彈牙。
山竹牛肉,圓型結實,混入馬蹄香蔥,配上喼汁,味道提升。
芋蓉箭豬包,造型有趣,炸過的皮面軟糯有咬口,芋蓉綿密呈流心效果。
蘿蔔千絲酥,酥皮層層鬆軟,蘿蔔絲鮮甜有水份。
海哲伴醺蹄,海哲清爽,醺蹄啖啖肉也是十分爽口。
菠蘿生炒骨,骨炸得甘香,粉漿不多,保持鬆脆,醬汁的酸甜度足夠。
生炒糯米飯,飯粒軟糯乾爽,不過配料不多,只有少許腊肉,一些花生和蔥花,但味道不錯。
野菌浸菜苗,野菌有金菇,冬菇,秀珍菇,菜就有菜心苗。清清地也好吃。
看見餐牌有阿拉斯加長腳蟹,很想一嚐長腳蟹的鮮味。 因為我們人數少,問了店員可否選一隻比較細的長腳蟹。今天碰巧有一隻3斤12兩的長腳蟹,二話不說便叫了來吃。
煮法當然是清蒸,約廿多分鐘後,長腳蟹已捧上, 很快拍過照後已急不及待拿起剪刀,把蟹腿剪下來吃。整隻蟹不算難剪, 但把多隻蟹腳蟹鉗都剪完,確實有些手累。
入口,蟹肉豐厚彈牙,蟹汁充足, 如果由0到10分,極度鮮甜美味是10分,我會給8.5分。所以,基本上,不用點醬料已經很鮮甜,但我喜歡點上少許醋,令蟹的鮮味更加突出。
把所有蟹腳蟹鉗吃光後,到蟹蓋和身了。一打開蟹蓋,就見到不少蟹膏,入口甘香鮮甜。 原來蟹身的肉也不少,吃光後都已飽了七分。
一頓晚飯,吃了那麼多蟹肉,確實是爽!
總將近900元的午餐。其中一碟是雞扎。吃到最尾時發現其中一隻雞肉有超過一半未煮熟。向店員表示雞肉未熟後,店員亦同意她看到雞肉是生的,但她說:「是的,我看到未熟,但你們已經吃了很多,如果你們沒吃那麼多可以幫你們再上新的。」她把我們還沒吃完的其他料(魚肚等)和我吃了一半的生雞肉拿走(她不知道我已經拍照),表示會找經理處理。最後經理過來向我們表示:「雞肉是熟的,生的不是這樣的… 」我很無語,直接說算了。(心想:店員都看到是生的了,收走食物後就說是熟的?那你為什麼不還給我們被收走的食物?)我不想爭論,也沒有再追究已被收走的其他食物,錢也照付了。
(好吧,你們都毀屍滅跡了,我本來也只是想提醒一下雞肉未熟,來不來新的我也不太在乎,最後還把其他料都收走了,我都虧著付錢了。只是不滿意店家說謊來逃避責任。)
