都是衝着$68就有1斤8両的清蒸沙巴龍躉而來的。除了沙巴龍躉,還點了兩隻乳鴿和金銀蛋泡時蔬。這沙巴龍躉真的超大條,可惜蒸得稍稍有點過了火,魚肉雖然稍微有點不夠嫩滑,但味道真的不錯。乳鴿就完全不行了,像燒好後放了一段時間,皮不脆,肉質也一般,味道還可以。金銀蛋泡時蔬,用的是菜心,比較硬,同行長者吃不到,味道則可以。

A close-up of the congee, served steaming hot and loaded with meaty spareribs and soft peanuts.

Also in the photo: steamed rice with Chinese preserved meat; preserved sausages and spareribs. Plus, scallion sakura shrimps pancake. Nice ones.

Menus were also renewed and I could see the popular standing chicken with flames; and a creative sweet/savoury dish with egg pudding in egg shells and chicken-shaped deep fried meat puffs.

今天, 和朋友有一晚餐會議,選擇了這間位於長沙灣貿易廣場的富臨酒家。看見餐牌有阿拉斯加長腳蟹,很想一嚐長腳蟹的鮮味。 因為我們人數少,問了店員可否選一隻比較細的長腳蟹。今天碰巧有一隻3斤12兩的長腳蟹,二話不說便叫了來吃。煮法當然是清蒸,約廿多分鐘後,長腳蟹已捧上, 很快拍過照後已急不及待拿起剪刀,把蟹腿剪下來吃。整隻蟹不算難剪, 但把多隻蟹腳蟹鉗都剪完,確實有些手累。入口,蟹肉豐厚彈牙,蟹汁充足, 如果由0到10分,極度鮮甜美味是10分,我會給8.5分。所以,基本上,不用點醬料已經很鮮甜,但我喜歡點上少許醋,令蟹的鮮味更加突出。把所有蟹腳蟹鉗吃光後,到蟹蓋和身了。一打開蟹蓋,就見到不少蟹膏,入口甘香鮮甜。 原來蟹身的肉也不少,吃光後都已飽了七分。一頓晚飯,吃了那麼多蟹肉,確實是爽!

同屋企人食飯,已經預先訂好片皮鴨諗住會好d, 點知仲差⋯D肉都切得深,但d皮完全吾掂,一d都吾脆,好失望個餅皮好似係微波爐啱啱叮番出嚟咁,又硬,一d都吾好食。反而龍蝦伊麵比較正常,好味酸菜魚同隻鵝都還可以。晚飯優惠套餐係抵既,但下次真係要食其他比較好

先不說還沒上菜前桌上有一塊咬過的叉燒。總將近900元的午餐。其中一碟是雞扎。吃到最尾時發現其中一隻雞肉有超過一半未煮熟。向店員表示雞肉未熟後,店員亦同意她看到雞肉是生的,但她說:「是的,我看到未熟,但你們已經吃了很多,如果你們沒吃那麼多可以幫你們再上新的。」她把我們還沒吃完的其他料(魚肚等)和我吃了一半的生雞肉拿走(她不知道我已經拍照),表示會找經理處理。最後經理過來向我們表示:「雞肉是熟的,生的不是這樣的… 」我很無語,直接說算了。(心想:店員都看到是生的了,收走食物後就說是熟的?那你為什麼不還給我們被收走的食物?)我不想爭論,也沒有再追究已被收走的其他食物,錢也照付了。(好吧,你們都毀屍滅跡了,我本來也只是想提醒一下雞肉未熟,來不來新的我也不太在乎,最後還把其他料都收走了,我都虧著付錢了。只是不滿意店家說謊來逃避責任。)
